2008 RMZ Triple Clamps
The 2008 RMZ Triple Clamps may be a viable swap, assuming that the RG3 and OEM Suzuki Clamps and Stem are dimensionally similar. I put a set of RG3 Billet clamps on a KDX220. (They were picked up for real cheap). They did require significant machining to the surface the bottom bearing sits on to ...

DPR Pipe
Anyone have any experience with DPR pipes?
I like the look of them, but don't want to sacrifice performance for bling.

Jetting Screw Driver - Bar Pad
Ever wanted to make a jetting adjustment while away from the truck? Don't carry a tool belt or have bike mounted toolkit?

Re: KX500 - 2006 CR250 Forks and Triple Clamps
Ok, I was able to get a serious ride in tonight for a couple of hours. Local sand pit with the crew, mostly free riding with some large jumps. I do have a few other rides in but they were pretty tame and mostly to shake down that there weren't major issues with the swap.

Re: KX500 PWK39 Jetting Discussion - My Experience
I forgot to mention that before I replaced the mid carb o-ring that I put both a 45 and 48 pilot jet in and it exhibited the same conditions as the 50-60 test. I was worried when I was done and it wanted the 42. There is only a 40 and 38 left to drop to. The pilot screw responds as it should though ...

Re: KX500 PWK39 Jetting Discussion - My Experience
The only number that I could see stamped on the upper pipe mount was 1202-020055. The pipe was still mounted to the bike. Does the stamping indicate the woods versus desert pipe? Is the stamp you are reffering to in a different location?
Edit. I just realized. I'm an idiot. The number ends in 55 ...

KX500 PWK39 Jetting Discussion - My Experience
I want to keep this short. I was chasing a rich condition from idle to 1/4 to 1/2 throttle and my bike would not idle without the idle adjustment all the way in. Changing Jets did not seem to make any difference and for the most part I had the bike setup with a 55 pilot. I used a whole tank more or ...

Re: CARBURETOR NEEDLE CROSS REFERENCE CHART
I found this in the manual of my 1994 KX500.
As you can see in the chart, the sequence of the needles does not follow A-Z = Leaner to Richer or vice versa. This leads to me to a few questions. The popular N82M needle which side would the needle fall under, the upper and lower table. and of the two ...
