Remove stuffer crank and install new stock balanced crank
Remove overdrive 5th and replace with stock
New piston with port changed
New plating
Change port timing
Re cut head and re design chamber/ squish

I considered reverse parallel cooling my K5SM but if it ran any cooler it might cold seize grin
Probably have to wait till next summer to try it.

have a NOS crank on the bench.
and a 90MM piston showed up on friday.

How do you plan on dealing with the KIPS? As I understand it 88 is the biggest you can go without moving them around.

My NOS crank is going into a set of V-blocks to see how true it is... tomarow or thursday (when ever I get around to cleaning all the grunge off my V-blocks
anyone want to start a Cash Pool, closest guess to how far out a Factory NOS crank is gets the Cash?

never been inside, to see a crank for myself, but im guessing there's only main, and not rod...?
.360... but that might be a lot of play... been a while since ive used those numbers, cant remember a few /32, or /64...
enough to throw it out off. but then IM not sure what the good measurements are, (brand new). SO DONT HATE. plz.

Doubtful mine was a backup bike. The Powder coat on the steering stops wasn't even shipped when I got it. Mine never saw any real race (abuse) time

head MVS numbers. whats everyone run? (I dont need your top secret angles and widths) just what MVS you have found to work. and for what riding.
thinking my current MVS is a bit agressive for desert (long WOT stretches). and would be more suited for hill shooters.
