Jeff noticed a few of our builds and asked me to build him a balanced crank and a new top end for his NOS powered KX500.
My first thought was COOL!!!!
Then it's like.... wait, NOS? KX500???
So we set out to build him a crankshaft that was as tough as you can get for a KX500.
STOCK crank halves with a Wossner rod.
We split the crank halves, polished it up as well as the rod and sent it out for balance to Alward25 (Alex)
He balanced it to a 59% balance factor.
Then off to Millennium for assembly, true and weld.
The results?
You won't see very many KX500 cranks that look as good as these.

Jeff is breaking in the bike but says that it revs smoother and faster then ever before.... SO that's a good thing
