After lapping, Jason is holding the cases up to the light to make sure there is not going to be any air leaks...

Checking the final fit before shipping the cylinder off to Millennium for plating

One other thing to note, we do not do a fianl polish job until after the plating has been done.
Millennium does a harsh sand blast before plating and it will ruin a perfectly good polish job
