From what I can tell it looks correct.
So your next step is to check the OHM specs for the coil and the stator.
Just because it worked two years ago does not mean that it is still good today.
Run the Ohm specs and go from there.

Hi i've just bought a multimeter and everything seems to be checking out fine Except from I'm getting No readings from red to red and black?

You will only test a few wires.
If your system was a 91 KX250 STATOR SPECS
Red to Black/Red 359-539 ohms
White/Red to White/Green 188-283 ohms

If your system was a 91 KX125 STATOR SPECS
Red to Black/Red 417-627 ohms
White/Red to White/Green 188-283 ohms
White to Ground 14.3-21.5 ohms

The biggest issue is not really knowing what you have...

All seems to be in range Butt still no readings with red to black/red will it halp if I take the flywheel off and see what colour wires are going to were ?

Nope, don't need to see the wires.
Your stator is dead my friend.
No reading, no bueno :(
