CR500 CYLINDER PORT WORK DEGREED

Post by Sandblaster »

A buddy of mine had a CR500 cylinder that he sent away to a well know engine builder a few years ago.
The engine builders name will not be mentioned.
Anyway, we decided to record the info in case we wanted to duplicate the cylinder at some point in the future.
The cylinder was sleeved and some material was removed from the base of the cylinder.
I don't know how much material was removed but I will attempt to find out.
For now we will start with some pics...
I will leave the pics at their original size for details but you will have to scroll around to see them.
Also, it may take a while to load this page :D
