This is what the builder/owner has to say about his bike.
"It has been a great bike. In my opinion one that Kawasaki should have put into production. I can only imagine what off road racing would look like today if Kawasaki had produced a off road 200 and 250. Maybe the races wouldn't look so orange today."
I completely agree.
I hope the rest of the bike manufactures are paying close attention to what those orange makers are producing and the awesome results...

Incidentally, the owner is building another KX125/KDX200 hybrid.

Here is some more notes on his current build.
Here are a few pics of the project in progress. One showing swingarm widened to fit kdx motor. One showing both axles kx being the larger. One showing the motor being drilled to fit the larger axle. One of the frame motor mounts removed. One with the motor installed after new mounts were welded in.
