I'm always looking for new riding area's :D
Didn't find any good mx riding but I ended up distracted by other things :?
For dual sport riding there is a good hwy with high desert scenery and gravel roads if you look carefully, not my thing...
We stayed at the Lodge At Summer Lake.
Like a big dummy I didn't think that this time of the year would require reservations, wrong!
Turns out it is a popular hunting lodge..
Since all the cheap rooms were taken I opted for a cabin next to the pond.

Nice homey cabin and 120 per night.
Not bad.

We went to the Cowboy Dinner Tree for dinner to get our meat fix for the month with a 28-32 oz steak prepared perfectly.
