What should I do?

Go back the the original ad you purchased from and read it carefully.
Is the damage or problem described?
I often wonder how people feel when they send me a scathing email saying that I ripped them off and that if I don't do something they are reporting me to eBay, the police, the FBI, the National Guard, and their mob connected Cousin Vinnie
And then they get a email from me such as the following:

I am very sorry for any misunderstanding and I will do my best to make you happy.
I believe that I can clear this up for you if you take just a minute to look at the ad again.
