What kind of jets should I use in my Keihin carb?

Recently Jason Tanner and I was chasing jetting on the Land Speed bike.
We were creeping up on the perfect AFR numbers going one jet at a time.
Normally I simply look at the AFR's and hit the jetting perfectly.
But I wanted to be sure we were not missing something crucial.
At one point I put in the next smallest jetting and the AFR's came back richer.
I was a little shocked and thought that I misread the jet numbers.
I pulled the main and read it... Nope, no mistake made...
Then I looked and saw that it was not a genuine Keihin jet.
In the garbage it went.
Note to self... If it does not have the Keihin symbol on it, it won't go in my bike...
