I have a couple clutch arm pullers (RELEASE-COMP-CLUTCH Part# 13102-1107) that are pretty worn out.

Discontinued part, does anybody have a way to repair these? Is there maybe one from a different bike that will work?

Thanks

Wow! Those are bad...
Did you check eBay?

Yeah I really don't know how they get that bad, I got both these engines 20th hand.

EBay's got nothing

I might be able to use one from a '99 KX250, general dimensions look similar. I checked and the needle bearings they both rotate on are the same so they've gotta be the same diameter

This is the discontinued part

And here is a '99 KX250 arm

In the picture it looks like the flat spot might be cut a little deeper on the 250 one

Even if it is cut a little deeper I may be able to just add a spacer to the opposite end of the clutch push rod to make up for that.

Yeah, they are discontinued.
The shaft size on the 250 are the same.
I am not sure about the length of the arms.
