What modern hubs can I put on my 86 kx500

What modern hubs can I change to and put in my 86 kx500 I no I i I will have to make a few changes but I want to put front and rear hubs in

All modern hubs will present the same challenges you will find on the kx450f hubs.
All the major manufactures use a 25mm rear axle and a 20mm front axle except for KTM and Husky which use a even bigger front axle.
All use larger rotor sizes.

I plan on building a modern version 83 kx500 that I will be updating just about everything on so I'm right behind you..
