So much happened in such a short time.
I'll be posting details of our trip to Glen Helen and finishing the build details as soon as I have time.

Just gotta be very careful that you don't expose any ports that aren't suppose to be exposed at their proper time

Another awesome Motorrad mod.

Bringing some additional jetting, some needles, as well as a back up carb.
Since we are using a different carb then we normally use it's a good idea to bring the kitchen sink.

You know it..

As it turns out our custom cut head didn't make it in time so we switched shipping addresses to LA, loaded up and hit the road.

Yes, we brought a few toys just in case.... And for a couple of reasons it was a good thing we did but more on that later..

I won't bore you with the 15 hour drive... You know the drill... traffic jams, slow drivers in the passing lane, and just general rude behavior

So we roll into Oscars home and start unloading our toys.. It was a KX500 dream...

Then it was time to hit the sac.. Good thing I brought my air mattress and sleeping bags

So the next morning after a awesome breakfast... We headed out to the garage to get started..

So Jason and I looked around for a rolling chassis to install the engine into..

There was a Chassis but it was no roller...

The cool thing is Jason and I received the pleasure of seeing Sean's new bike from the earliest beginnings...
Here is some of the chassis mods..
The upper sub frame mount was all new..
