If you could work out the cavitation problem with impeller design, you may be pumping the coolant too quickly through the system for the rads to adequately pull the heat out of the coolant at sustained high engine rpm.
Then you may have the coolant moving too slowly below 4- 6k if you were trail riding or cool down/ warm up between runs.
What type of riding are you looking to set the bike up for Q-Six?
