Just some small bits and pieces.. But when your trying to shave weight titanium has a lot of advantages..

With a KX500 case drilled out to fit the KTM swingarm pin and my mock up cylinder we are checking the clearance and engine angle

Before I cut the basket rails I'm making some control points on both sides of the frame

I placed the control points at approximately the same location on both sides of the frame and measured from there to the centerline of the swingarm pivot pin..
18" on the left
17 15/16" on the right
Then I rough marked the frame rails...

I wasn't able to get anything done on the bike the last few days other then wrapping all the plastics in bubble wrap and putting all the parts in storage.
I also managed to measure and order a bunch of titanium replacement fasteners..
I'm trying to keep the weight down for a few add-ons I'm working on
