After you have created a thread and you want to add some pics.
Be sure your files are under 1 megabyte in size or you can't upload them.
First click on "Attachments"

Click on "Add Files"

You will need to browse to wherever your file is at on your computer.
Once you find it, Select it.

Once you have selected your picture click on "Place in line"
- 4.png (12.62 KiB) Viewed 7331 times
Once that is done, click on "Submit"
You should be all done...
