2 piece clutch cover
2 piece clutch cover
My very first post.
Can you fab or convert my kx5 clutch cover? I picked up a adapter and clutch cover off eBay thinking I'll find a local welder, but no avail.
I have an auto-clutch waiting for this modification to happen. Can you help?

Re: 2 piece clutch cover
Does your auto clutch require more clearance then the stock clutch? If so, how much?
If bikes are for kids I'll never grow up.
Re: 2 piece clutch cover
Yes it needs more clearance. Not exactly sure on how much, but I'll assume 1/2" or as much as possible until it hits brake pedal. I have photos if needed. Not sure how to load photos on this site.

Talk to Alex Ward 208-249-7152
He can get it welded up to your specs...
Just be sure to let him know all the details

Re: 2 piece clutch cover
At the moment none of us have the adapter rings I designed.
We should have some in the next few months.
