Nothing new to report.
I'm heading to the Weld/Fab shop tonight to get some work done.
Hopefully I will have some cool show and tell soon 8-)

Got the top of the caliper decked so that the heat sink would sit flat on it.
The trimmed the heat sink to size and started whittling on it.
The idea is to angle the slots so that the air is pulled down and through the caliper, rotor, and pads.
Keep in min that this is very rough... I will be doing a lot of clean up before I'm done

Update:
We have been really busy with several aspects of this build.
It is amazing how much work goes into organizing who is doing what and shipping parts all over the place.
Vendors, sponsors, and builders.... it is really amazing...
Not only that but we have also been busy rebuilding Sean's current bike.
No details as of yet to release but don't worry, there is a full write up coming... 8-)

The way I have the fluid cooler is mounted is not the way Sevol envisioned it..

They have it mounted like this..

Here is something else... Regardless of which way we end up going, I don't need the caliper guard mounts..

So I'm thinking about removing them like so..

I can do it either way... What do you think?

Eventually we will be sending all the internal parts out for micro polishing.
On another build we are doing I'm trying to improve the shift quality.
Since there is no money for micro polishing I'm buffing parts out the hard way,.

Image

Of course I'm not buffing the whole part, just the contact points.
With micro polishing the whole part gets polished..
