This KX is in excellent condition. The bike has very little time on it since new. The plastic has its stock shine, and all the decals are original. Last year I prepped the bike to vintage race, but I broke my shoulder on my modern bike before I ever got a chance to race this KX. I changed out the fluids, put on new tires, brakes, aluminum bars, adjustable clutch perch and wider pegs. The rest of the bike is stock and original. I don't think there are many 2 strokes 500's left in the country that are in this condition.
I will trade it for a nice 4WD quad.

2001 KX 500. The king of Kawasaki 2 strokes. It has Pro Taper bars and moose aluminum hand guards. This bike has low hours and has been well maintained. The bike runs great and is not a plug fouler. It has great compression and starts with one big kick after 2 or 3 from cold. Please understand the extreme power of this bike before considering. But if you do, this is the one to own.

Low hour bike. Just changed tires. The front tire was the original not wore out just hard. I still have it. Both Michelin. Brand new oem seat and plastic. Old parts come with it still good shape. Three pipes included. I only used the FMF that's on it. Spark arrestor included also. Extra graphic kit and fuel tank comes with it too. Starts on the 2nd or 3rd kick cold and first kick hot.
