Hand made exhaust for cr 125 97 engine (PROJECT X)

hi guys , after a long time spent to design the development on each cones, make the 2d dxf file and cut all piece with plasma machine, this is the result of my work:
22 cones to bend and welding together to create a complete exhaust


after a day of work for bend all the cones with my homemade machine


this is the results


the second day i weld the 3 section that compose the exhaust, test on the bike, welding again


the third day the exhaust was finished, and test on my husky

thanks man it's with my new all homemade rotary table made specifically for welding cone together with tig that i can welding so fast and make this amazing results

as soon as possible I post a picture of the new machine that improved my life, is an Independent three-jaw chuck, another handmade tools plasma cut and assembly like a lego XD, 12v speed controlled with foot pedal control
thanks to this tool i can do this

in the lower right there is the foot pedal control
above the pedestal there is the speed regulator(red knob)
at the top of the structure there is the tree-jaw chuck connected to the gear motor
