have you considered what this big ass hole does to the flow?


If I were on this mission of counting my pennys. Id tig it up, and smooth it out to match .. then if you want to drain the system, either pull the cover, or pull the lower hose...

I took the high edges off the impeller... No biggie.

Now that Motorrad gave me another idea I'll be working on that tomorrow :D Or not :shock:

I wonder how that compares with the clearanced cover and the motor at 6K?

First trip to MR. Tig didn't work out so good :(
That's ok, he works right next door... :D
In all fairness he told me that he had trouble with it and this might be the result after I cleaned it up.
