There are 50 states that make up the USA.
Every one of them have their own paper work, tracking, titles, pink slips, rules, regulations... ect...
Some states you can easily title a KX500 for street use.
Other states you can't make them for street use.
How can you determine which bike was originally set up for the street?
I have no idea.
I will post your question on a few forums and see if anyone has the knowledge that you need.

I meant the states where u could get one streetlegal but i guess theres still a "few" of them and they all diffrentiate from each other.

Grassy knoll on facebook just made a suggestion over there about getting a custom title.
In my State you are allowed one custom title and build a year...
