Thanks sandblaster, I will save all those searches to my eBay. While I'm waiting , I'll keep searching for a backing plate that will work with my 81 kdx250 hub. If I find a kx400 hub I'll have the kdx rear and many other 250 kdx parts available.

1975 kx400 rear hub
Having great difficulty finding 1975 kx400 rear hub.Oem cycle interchange says my 81 kdx2 250 hub will work but the backing plate is not even close. Anyone know of a backing plate that will work? I would use any hub combination just to finish this bike. Original parts are scarce, so are the kx250 ...
