Just push the button to set the release. The valve automatically closes when the engine fires.
Larry also does CR500's and Husky's.
Cost to modify your cylinder head as of 12-2-12 is $125 plus $11 return shipping.
This includes the decompression valve, recut the head gasket surface, polish combustion chamber and abrasive blasting.
