SS front brake line

Post by Divenride » Mon Nov 28, 2016 4:54 pm

Has anyone installed a Stainless Steel brake line on the front? If so what brand?
Galfer offers one but it incorporates a hard 90 degree fitting that goes around the outside of the caliper and leaves it exposed to a crash on the left side. I've talked to them and they suggested routing it similar to a modern bike ( inside the fork leg) which opens another can of worms regarding mounting the cable to the fork leg protector.

The cool way would be to replace your forks with some KX450F forks and buy a KX450F front hose and route it like what's on Sean Colliers..

Then again... It would not be the cheap route
