Are you asking for drawings of the black mount in this pic?

Yes for black part. And do you have final pictures of the bike? And is there anyway to contact you other than this site to ask a few questions?

Email kxguru@bikerider.com

That little black bracket is made by a guy I know.
I can't make a drawing of it because it's his design and he sells them.
But, look closely... you can make your own profile pretty close.

Finished pics?
Not possible.... It's still not done
First I built my new shop so it took a back seat to work.
Then I sold my shop and I'm working on selling my house and am still in the process of moving.... So.... It may be a while before I finish it but it will get done.
I'd like to ride this machine before I'm too old to start it :o

Ok, the following is not my info.
2009 KX250F chassis.
It was provided by Adam Millar as he is doing some 250f conversions..
He used CRF250R rads as the top mounting hole is in the stock position.
And all the hose outlets had plenty of clearance.

Adding the extra tab to the rads allows you to use the stock rad screens with no other mods and no zip ties
Once mounted you will not be able to see the double mounting bracket.

The flow is in lower left of the head, crosses the top, goes to the water pump
