Awesome, can't wait to see what you come up with. Do you have any numbers to compare with a KX300? I really think that's the direction I want to go with this one.

The goal is to do more and more of these test and tunes.
The biggest problem is time and money :o

...a truer word never spoken. Having both at the same time is the trick. :(

I don't have any pics but the bottom end is done.
The top end is being soaked in Mineral spirits to remove debris that may fall into the bottom end and contaminate our shiny rebuilt bottom end :shock:
We are not scrubbing it or removing any carbon... just the loose debris..
The bike is sitting in the shop naked and ready for something good...
Will someone clean this place up?????

Yup, for sure. I retired at 48 and thought I’d be able to complete some projects. Nope. All kinds of time, only one kind of money. None.
