1992 KX500 Snow bike engine for Brent
Brents 1992 KX500 engine needs a bit of work before it's ready for his snow bike.
Starting with the cylinder.. It has been ported by Eric Gore.
This cylinder porting would be great for a trail bike but not so good for a Snow bike..
When you see stuff like this on a bike it makes you a bit nervous on what you will find..

At first glance the transmission didn't look to bad... excluding the milky oil of course..

This one has a bit of wear... as to be expected..
This one is chipped which is why there was some metal shavings in the bottom of the cases..
