Very nice... Tell Tommy Roberts I appreciate his help....
So many have come together outside of our team to help it is really amazing.
I thank you all....

Alex Ward has been a huge help on the suspension and the two piece clutch cover.
Here is a short vid of him dumping the oil from Sean's Enzo built shock

After lapping we installed the alignment pins and mated the cases together.
Jason is holding the cases up to some light so he can check the cases for any air gaps... NONE
Since the deck was off from one case to another about .001" I went ahead and made sure they were the same height..
After cleaning these cases up again we will finally be ready for assembly.

Spent a bit of time cleaning and polishing..
Yeah, there's a bit of wear on these but they will work just fine for a while longer.
Now that we got all the crud out of here I'm sure the Kips will rattle pretty good

More and more polishing....
I was going to give the reed a quick clean up but then decided to go all out and disassemble it.
It's a good thing I did because I found a crack in it..

I had to run into town late this afternoon as the cases were heating up.
When I got back Jason was locking up.
I had to sneak in and see what he got finished..
Hopefully tomorrow we can get this thing buttoned up, boxed, and shipped back on Thursday..

Remember... the only new parts on this is the bearings and seals.
Everything else is used...
