Oh yeah... That's one big issue solved and it was really easy...

With that done we turned our attention to the motor mounts..
We are re-using the old mounts.
It will have that factory look :lol:

Jan also suggested using a KTM 300 2 stroke air box with a 1986 KX500 boot..
He believes it gives a better angle from the box to the carb..

Since Adam's will get a Honda motor I figured I'd wrap the crate up in some appropriate wallpaper..

I've been working on getting the caliper prepped for the anodizer.
The better the polish the better the finish..
As you can see I have a ways to go..

I'm looking to change the color scheme to something more Kawi and less pumpkin.
This is a bad pic, and I don't have photoshop... But if you have some patience you can get some rough ideas...
