Ok... I had a real hard time getting some good shift forks.
I actually took a set to the Industrial Hard Chrome plater and had them built back up to stock specs.
Well... the guy didn't listen and he did not plate the pins on the forks... That's one of them main area's where the plating is mandatory...
Anyhow I drove over 4000 miles to buy out a collection of KX500 bikes and parts.
There was 12 sets of forks in the batch and only one set was close to new specs...
So.... I'm in the process of getting ready to build the bottom end...

Next, the suspension is ordered and being set up for the average riding weight and ability of the Motorcross Action Magazine wrecking crew...
Oscar Cota is negotiating with some triple clamp guys to get some triple clamps and a GPR dampener.
Daryl at Motor Cross Action is negotiating with a few more benders to get some oversized rotor kits and some brake lines.
