JT Engine Works 1989 RM250 engine build
I'm a bit late in all of this...
So this is a quick recap.
Disassembled, Vapor blasted, lapped, and vapor blasted again engine cases.
All new bearings, seals, gaskets, o-rings, washers, bushings, snap rings, alignment pins, ect.
The crank is balanced, polished rod, trued, welded.
The cylinder is plated but left at stock bore with stock port timing.
It does have some scuff n buff to clean up the factory casting flaws..
