Jeff Grawbarger's KX500 on NOS
Jeff contact me about rebuilding his top end that he uses for drag racing and he runs NOS
When I received the cylinder I was surprised to see how little it was modified
Then again when you introduce some spray all sorts of good things can happen, or bad things
The port timing is stock and we will leave it stock.
But everything else is gonna change.
We will do all the normal Team Green mods, Motorrad mods, and a few of our own mods.

Ok... here is some things to ponder
This is your standard KX500 Sub port..
This gives you an idea of what we are doing..
Side by side comparison
And this is before the final clean up and polish

So, you think you can get a cylinder like this and go out and win like Jeff Grawbarger #151?
Not likely, Jeff is a 5 time KX500 drag champion and 7 time champion on his YZ250.
Needless to say, he knows how to set up his chassis and tune his engine.
One other item of note, Jeff has not even touched the NOS button yet this year and he has beat every bike NOS or not that he has raced.
Yeah... That's a keeper

So, Jeff has swapped out his old NOS system for something a bit newer
