Finally... A part that I can put on the bike and not have to worry about taking it off again
This is a Samco Husqvarna 2016 205 sxf T radiator hose.
I pulled the stock unit out to powder coat the frame and I just didn't trust the stock part after the abuse of getting it apart.

Ok... I had a real hard time getting some good shift forks.
I actually took a set to the Industrial Hard Chrome plater and had them built back up to stock specs.
Well... the guy didn't listen and he did not plate the pins on the forks... That's one of them main area's where the plating is mandatory...
Anyhow I drove over 4000 miles to buy out a collection of KX500 bikes and parts.
There was 12 sets of forks in the batch and only one set was close to new specs...
So.... I'm in the process of getting ready to build the bottom end...
Pics with be coming soon.

Next, the suspension is ordered and being set up for the average riding weight and ability of the Motorcross Action Magazine wrecking crew...
Oscar Cota is negotiating with some triple clamp guys to get some triple clamps and a GPR dampener.
Daryl at Motor Cross Action is negotiating with a few more benders to get some oversized rotor kits and some brake lines.

So stay tuned.. More fun filled action is headed your way

I'm putting the races back in the frame.
I don't have any special tooling :(
But, I do have a old 2" trailer hitch ball that is a nice fit

Ah... one other point.
I actually pushed in the races and then later decided that I should take some pics...
I put a rag between the bearing race and the ball before I started driving it in.
Also, look at the hammer I used, it is tiny... And I don't wack it... small taps drove the races in with no issues.
After I was done I inspected the bearing surface and there was no damage at all.
I have used this same procedure many times in the past with no issues.
It would have been better to put it into a press and use a socket or a slightly ground down race to press it ini.
But I knew I could do this and it was quick and easy 8-)
The top clamp is being replaced as soon as I get it.
I put this top clamp on to hold it together
Also, I'm replacing the bolts with Ti ;)
