How to make a degree wheel adapter for your dirt bike.
In this example I needed a adapter for a 18" automotive degree wheel to fit the the shaft on my KX500.
Since I didn't have a lathe, I decided to use a old fly wheel.
I didn't want to ruin a KX500 fly wheel so I used one from a 99 KX125.
As it turns out they are exactly the same shaft size.

It bolted up and worked perfect....
Now I need to make the pointer for the degree wheel... :?
If bikes are for kids I'll never grow up.
