Took 6 days off.
Went to the GYM and swam 35 laps (1.06 miles) in 35 minutes.
I guess I needed some time off to recover :D

Enjoyed a 2 hour workout tonight.
It was brutal.....
I won't go into the details tonight as I am whipped but it was a solid hour of weights, 30 minutes of treadmill cardio and 30 minutes of swimming cardio.
I'll do all cardio tomorrow and take Superbowl Sunday off.
If bikes are for kids I'll never grow up.

Tonight I walked at 4.4 mph for 1.8 miles.

Reverse press, 3 sets of 15 reps at 180lb
Curls, 3 sets of 15 reps at 70lb
Pull downs, 3 sets of 15 reps at 140lb.
Dips, 3 sets of 20 reps at 165lb.
