HOW TO MAKE A 94 ATK 406 FLY WHEEL PULLER

I have a 1994 ATK 406 that needs a lot of work. I started taking the bike completely apart. When I got to the point where I needed to pull the fly wheel off I realized that I do not have the correct puller. Here is a pic of the flywheel on the bike. We have access to a hot water pressure washer so, after every ride I wash my whole bike with it being careful not to get to close to the chain, bearings, seals, ect. Then I dry it. Last I spray WD-40 on the chain. That's it. No fancy chain lube, wax, or anything else. Why? The chain is all internall...
