Excellent! Here's a list of all the books I could find, unfortunately most of them are so old they're their irrelevant! . There are a bunch of "White Papers" on the subject that are a little later, but they were like $150.oo and up. Thanks for sharing "Blaster" it takes a lot of time to do the resea...

I'll take two to start, xxl is good. xxxl would be better :D , my wife and daughter seem to think all my shirts are free to use and abuse as they see fit. Sleepwear,beachwear,seat covers etc.
