Re: 2013 Suzuki RMZ450 Review by Steve O OEM-CYCLE consultan
Rooster- they run about $1200.00. No hype they are the real deal. The one thing I have not done is compare the Ohlins back to back with a revalve under the new fork design. I have in the past run revalved forks then ran the Ohlins cartridge kit and there was no comparison. The Ohlins kit was smoothe...

Revalve the front forks or just step up to the plate and drop a set of Ohlins ttx cartridges in it. Mucho bueno! Reducing the fork oil makes a big difference as well and is mucho cheapo. Therooster is spot on with 310 in each leg. Its exactly what i did for now. But Ohlins cartridges are in the near...

Very nice. I can see why people had problems with the frame rails. By the way, love the cad drawings. Put that degree to work !

Re: 2013 Suzuki RMZ450 Review by Steve O OEM-CYCLE consultan
I believe a revalve would solve the issue. They definitely put a supercross/motocross shim stack in the front end. Spring rate is good. Finding a happy medium in valving has always been an issue if your jumping between trail riding and motocross. A good trail bike will always feel too soft on the tr...

2013 RMZ 450 FMF F4.1 Exhaust/Arrestor by Steve O OEM-CYCLE consultant I recently purchased the FMF F4.1 exhaust/spark arrestor from OEM-Cycle which was tested in the hills of Central California. So what do you get when you receive your shipment? An Exhaust, mid-pipe, spark arrestor insert, insert s...

Re: 2013 Suzuki RMZ450 Review by Steve O OEM-CYCLE consultan
This past weekend I installed an FMF Factory F4.1 exhaust/spark arrestor that I purchased from OEM-Cycle (see review for pics and install). I then headed out to a location here in San Luis Obispo County called Pozo (LaPanza OHV). This riding area is approximately 19,000 acres and 44 miles of mountai...

2013 Suzuki RMZ450 Review by Steve O OEM-CYCLE consultant
I recently purchased the 2013 RMZ 450 and have ridden it 3 times at Zaca Station http://www.zacastationmx.com here in Central California. The following is a review of that bike based on a slow old man with withered knees and a tired back. So take it for what it's worth... I started off as we all sho...
